Thanks for shopping with Quirk Tees, where the shirts are funny, and the policies are fair (but with a bit of sass).
Made-to-Order = Made Just for You
Every single tee is printed in-house just for you the moment you hit that “Buy” button. That means we don’t keep piles of stock lying around, and your shirt wasn’t waiting in a warehouse, it was created especially for you. For that reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something’s genuinely gone wrong (like a misprint or a rogue ghost in the machine).
Check the Size... It Matters
Our shirts are a regular fit, but “regular” means different things to different people. So before you commit to a size, please check our size chart carefully. You'll find it right on the product page or click here to view the full chart. Ordering the wrong size doesn't count as a fault (no matter how badly you wish you were still a Medium).
If We Mess Up, We Fix It
If your shirt arrives looking like it was printed during a solar eclipse or gets damaged in transit, don’t panic. Just email us at hello@quirktees.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item, and include a couple of clear photos so we can see what went wrong. If it’s our fault, we’ll sort you out with a replacement... no drama.
Ordered the Wrong Size?
It happens. If you’ve accidentally ordered a size that doesn’t fit your majestic frame, we can offer you a discounted one-time reprint in the correct size. We can’t refund or exchange it, but we’ll soften the blow. Just drop us a message.
The Fine Print (But Still Important)
By placing your order, you're agreeing to all of the above. It helps us keep waste low, quality high, and turnaround times snappy. We’re not responsible for stolen parcels or “mystery disappearances” where tracking shows it was delivered. Thanks for understanding and supporting an indie brand doing things differently (and with maximum quirk).
