We’re a UK-based, independent t-shirt brand specialising in quirky, bold designs. Everything we make is printed in-house, made to order, and designed with attitude. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase. If you don’t agree with them, you may not access or use our services.

Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this site and place an order.You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including (but not limited to) violating copyright, tampering with the website, or sending any malicious code or software. We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders if we believe our terms have been violated.

Products & Descriptions

All of our t-shirts are printed to order, using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing on 100% cotton garments. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, imagery, and sizing information on each product page.

Please note:

All mockups and illustrations are for visual reference only. Final products may vary slightly due to screen display differences or print positioning.
Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
Placement of designs may shift slightly depending on size or garment type.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time, even after an order has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days using Royal Mails 48 Tracked service. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

While we make every effort to deliver quickly, delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to postal or courier issues outside our control.

Service Interruptions & Delays

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but occasionally life throws a curveball. Delays may arise due to:

National holidays
Supply chain interruptions
Weather events
Courier issues

If we become aware of any disruption that might affect your order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Returns & Order Issues

Because each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed.

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us at hello@quirktees.co.uk within 7 days with clear photos of the issue. We'll fix it, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Account & Billing Info

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all orders. This includes valid billing and delivery details. We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict quantities if we suspect suspicious activity or misuse.

Third-Party Links & Tools

We may include links or tools from other providers. We’re not responsible for their content or how they operate. Use them at your own discretion, and review their terms if you interact with them.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or any other content to our site or social media, you grant us permission to reuse that content for marketing or promotional purposes. We won’t be held responsible for content submitted by users.

We can’t be held liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of our website, services, or products, including but not limited to:
